I scheduled an online visit for my teenage daughter with complete ease. From the moment we walked into the waiting room and then to the treatment room and again at our exit we were greeted by the kindest and professional staff. They were wonderful to us and very concerned about caring for my daughter and getting her what she needed. Our provider was especially kind and in depth with her medical care. Each time a staff member left the treatment room my daughter said, “They are so nice mom.”I was very satisfied with the care and felt great about what the provider diagnosed and recommended for treatment. Took me almost any hour to get registered electronically because a new system was put in that week and it was still having issues. Then had to wait for 2 hours to see the doctor for an issue that was resolved in 30 minutes.

Great staff from the front desk receptionist to being seen by the doctor. Staff was empathetic and sympathetic to my needs. Got negative covid, flu and strep throat test back quickly and was diagnosed and assigned medication for sinus infection which is working Superbly. Would definitely recommend AFC in Hoover, AL

Went in for a cough and sore throat, everyone was very nice and helpful. My only issue is the xray machine would not boot up, which was not the staffs issue that was an equipment issue. I would recommend Physicians Care to anyone

My husband and I have been coming here for several years now. As always the staff is friendly and extremely caring and so is Dr Benton. I’m always pleased with their attentiveness, that’s why I’ll continue to come back when I’m ill and my primary care doctor can’t get me in or the office is closed, like on the weekend.I absolutely recommend this provider.

Walk in with sore throat and coughing low grade temp. Signed in on my phone and someone did finally come out ( not too long a wait) was seen in about 30 minutes. Staff very nice and polite and seemed to enjoy being there on a holiday weekend. Possible diagnosis given, scripts called in and culture redone to send to outside lab. All in all a pleasant visit.
